This is coaching, not therapy or clinical treatment. I work with people who already have enough stability and self-awareness to participate fully in the work, even if they still feel lost or uncertain about what's next. If you need clinical or recovery-level support, I'll gently help you find the right resource.

This work isn't the right fit for people who are currently in acute crisis, actively using, deeply destabilized, or carrying trauma or grief that needs a different level of clinical or recovery support. If that's you right now, I'd rather help you find the right resource than have you here before you're ready.

No. You don't need to already believe in all of it. You just need to be open and curious. This work blends energy, manifestation, astrology, spirituality, self-development, and body-based healing with practical, grounded self-trust building.

Not at all. I don't position science, AA, government, or traditional recovery systems as the enemy. Those systems have helped a lot of people. What I push against is handing your authority away entirely to any one system, expert, program, or diagnosis. My work is about helping you reconnect with your own knowing alongside whatever else supports you.

The Circle ($37/month) is a community membership with workshops and practices. Group Coaching ($129/month) adds live coaching sessions and includes the Circle. Private Coaching ($555/month, or $1,555 for 3 months) is 1:1 support and includes both Group Coaching and the Circle. You can see full details on the Offerings page.
